With over 20 unique channels to manage, organization was key. We created a calendar that contained the posting schedules for all Design Milk + sister brand channels. With each channel posting at least 3 times a day, you can imagine how fast it added up. Each channel had content planned 2 weeks ahead to minimize last minute changes. In the first month of our management, Design Milk reached highs it had never experienced before. Increased revenue from social funnels, an active community, and thriving social channels.
We also produced original video content for Reels and Tiktok. In just 3 months, we were able to grow the Design Milk tiktok to 15,000 followers and convert millions of views into revenue by funneling users to their shop.
